Hi all , bought a Adobe Photoshop elements download from a Amazon third party . Downloaded ok ,but won't install, error code 183 showing. Researched on line advised to close anti virus, and install as administrator. Still can't install. Contacted Amazon for refund, they suggested downloading Rosetta 2. I'm running Windows 11,Rosetta's for Mac. Any ideas folks.

Purchasing from a third party means you are running the risk of purchasing a pirated copy that may contain malware.
What are the complete computer specs, including hard drives (how many, what kind, what is on each, what capacity, and how full)? If NVIDIA graphics on Windows, make sure to use the latest Studio Driver from NVIDIA (NOT the Game Driver).
Check to make sure that you have purchased a Windows version, not a Mac version of the program.
Try downloading from the link found in this post. (The download is for an earlier version of Elements 2024. A recent update has caused problems for many users.)
