Hey everyone,
i am having an issue installing adobe acrobat reader in a new computer for my ceo.
The OS is Windows 11 pro up to date as of this morning.
i downloaded it from the offical website - https://get.adobe.com/reader/
without the Mcafee addin. and started installing. it gets stuck at 90%.
i tried to turn off the anti virus ( ESET ) and EDR (SentinelONE).
i also tried offline installer, which failed aswell.
i tried uninstalling and also full clean via Adobe Acrobat cleaner. both didn't work.
i have the problem only on this computer. the computer modle is YOGA BOOK 9 ULTRA 7-155U
can someone assist?
Thanks in advanced.
Idan.

@liorb10922151 if you are installing Acrobat Reader, are you installinh the application through his account or as an Adminstrator. The reason for this is security. Unless you are the IT department, and if not, then get them to install it properly.
Awesome that you turned off the anti-virus apps, ESET and SentinelOne, there might be other background applications interfering. Try disabling any recently installed software, firewalls, or system cleaners.

Same issue. It is crazy that the Adobe programmers are so lame that they cannot set some check points in their installers and send dignafied errors. Their fixes are always. throw the kitchen sink, run cleaner, etc. Thank goodness for Apple.
