Adobe Education K-12

Welcome to the Adobe Creative Educator (ACE) Leader Community — a space built for educators who believe creativity is more than something we teach. It's part of how we grow, and it's how our students find their voice. Inside this community, you’ll find: Conversations that spark curiosity (and joy) Projects and ideas you can adapt across subjects and grade levels Educators who share freely — what worked, what didn't, and what's next Creative inspiration across all Adobe tools from Express to Photoshop, Premiere, Firefly, and beyond Student Ambassador program resources that help you put students in the driver's seat — amplifying their voice, creativity, and leadership in and beyond your classroom Leadership opportunities that help you grow your impact whether that's presenting, mentoring, or guiding peers…and so much more. ✨Because here's what we believe: when educators feel seen, heard, and valued, they show up even better for the students who are the reason we do all of this. You don’t

Attending the Adobe Education Summit virtually was an inspiring experience, and I was honoured to contribute my own IGNITE Talk. Preparing and delivering the talk gave me a valuable opportunity to pause and reflect on the positive impact that Adobe Express has had on my teaching practice and, most importantly, on my students’ learning.Adobe Express has helped me create learning experiences that are more visual, creative and engaging. It has also provided students with new ways to communicate their understanding, express their ideas and develop confidence as digital creators. What matters, however, is not simply using technology because it is available. The Summit reinforced the importance of implementing technology with a clear purpose and keeping students at the heart of every decision.Throughout the other IGNITE Talks, I was struck by the shared commitment to creating learning that is engaging, inclusive and equitable. Student-centred innovation means giving learners meaningful oppor

Hi, I am subscribed to the creative cloud for years. I just started university. I am a student now and I know there is a special plan for student that is less expensive. How can I change for this plan ? I thought I would just cancel my current plan and subscribe again as a student but If I do that, I have a cancellation fee of $300…Any idea how can I change my plan to a student plan ?Thanks a lot ! Esther

GOALLLLL!!! 🏆 ⚽️ A big YAWL (You Ask, We Listen) win for the Adobe Education Community, especially for students!Comic Creator in Adobe Express for Education was released just months ago and NOW it's available for ALL students and educators K-12!! An ask from educators and students - now available because #AdobeComics was #CreatedWithStudents! 🙌I took a moment thinking of my younger self, that crazy kid wearing half a soccer ball for a hat at 9-10 years old, and what kind of conversation would I have with them. 🤪Empowering our students, even those under 13, to create with Comic Creator gives them a channel to tell some incredible stories, share their dreams for the future, and be creative in so many new ways about their interests, passions, and what they are learning. 💫What kind of story will you and your students make? What kind of positive impact will you encourage your kids and students to have and how they make others feel? ❤️🌟 Make it happen now: https://adobe.ly/comiccreatorW

I am using my own avatar in the new Video Creator tool. Is there a way I can use my own voice for the dialogue?

Hello ACE Community! ✨We made it! The school year is officially behind most of us, and the calendar has finally exhaled.Last month, we closed things out with reflection — yearbook personas, vibe-check posters, story carousels, and audiograms that helped students name how far they'd come. This month, the doors are open! Maybe your students are fully into summer mode, maybe your library is gearing up for summer reading, maybe you're running a camp or a summer program, or maybe you're quietly planning for fall from a hammock (no judgment). Wherever you are, here's the thing: creativity doesn't take a vacation. So we're carrying those same four challenges into June, reframed for the season of long days, open time, and room to wander. June Creative ActivitiesIllustrate Your Yearbook Persona — Students design a personalized page that captures who they are right now: their identity, interests, and the version of themselves they're stepping into this summer. ➡️ Try it here: adobe.ly/creativewr

The week at ISTE was electric and featured YOU our community through and through!Reflecting on the week, it still brings a big smile to my face seeing the joy, learning, and a-ha moments at the Adobe booth and in ALL the sessions led by ACE Innovators and Leaders! This year was super special with student voice being celebrated and empowered with our Adobe Student Ambassadors ranging from middle school to higher education! Even before the doors opened and thousands of steps walked the conference halls, our team connected with ACE Innovator and University of Central Florida Professor and Limbitless Solutions Creative Director Matt Dobrowski and many other higher education faculty for an Adobe + Limbitless Solutions Higher Education event at the University of Central Florida Limbitless Solutions lab.  Beyond the technology and the curriculum strategies, what stood out most was the profound human connection. I watched faculty members meet face-to-face for the very first time, and witnessed

The last day of Adobe Education Summit had wrapped. The stage was empty. But I found myself just sitting on stage for a few moments, just looking out at this room. 🪑 🥹 💭Rows and rows of empty seats in the Jam room, red, black, grey, still holding the shape of everyone who filled them just days before. And I couldn't stop thinking about how special it was that the Adobe Education Community's voices got to resonate and echo through this space, through Adobe World Headquarters itself. The stories. The conversations. The ideas sparked in those chairs, in breakouts, between sessions, over coffee, over meals, in hallways during tours. Time together connecting was truly special. Here's the thing. A room like this isn't special because of the lighting or the design. It's special because of the people. But let's also be honest, the room is pretty rad! 😉Our ACE Innovators. Our Student Ambassadors and Insiders. Our Higher Education Faculty. Together, YOU are creating something incredible! An ama

Our district rolled out Adobe Express this past year. Many of the teachers fell in love with the Animate a Character tool, and my fellow coach and I played with ways to allow students to animate custom images, such as those for Black History Month. In this video, I show you two ways to animate those custom images. It’s fun! Custom Image Animation in Adobe Express

I have created items for the International Baccalaureate Extended Essay process in Adobe Express. Are there any IB teachers, particularly librarians or Extended Essay coordinators who would like to collaborate on resources? Here is my sample:https://new.express.adobe.com/your-stuff/projects/urn:aaid:sc:VA6C2:b5f9370b-7fca-4220-954b-8aad4e9ab818?promoid=FMHMZ4HK&mv=other&openFrom=copy-link

Hello ACE Community! ✨Can you believe we're here already? May. The home stretch. The final pages of the school year being written in real time.Last month, we explored alignment and juxtaposition — watching students discover how unexpected pairings can transform meaning and spark surprise. From lemon-balloons to reptile-eye coffee cups, your students proved (yet again) that creative storytelling lives in the connections we make. This month, we're closing out the year with something a little different. Instead of one challenge, we're sharing four End of Year Creative Wrap-Up activities designed to help students reflect on who they've become, what they've learned, and the moments that shaped their year. May Creative Wrap-Up Activities:Illustrate Your Yearbook Persona — Students design a personalized yearbook page that highlights their identity, achievements, and memories from the year. ➡️ Try it here: adobe.ly/creativewrapup1  Design a Vibe Check Poster — Students design a decorative poste

What a day! Yesterday we gathered a group of educators in Madrid for Spain’s very first community-led ACE Meetup. The goal was simple: take the first step, get to know Adobe Express, and get creative with fellow teachers who were inspired by the amazing possibilities for their classrooms! 🌼We spent the afternoon diving into Adobe Express, specifically introducing the interface and beginning by looking at teacher tools, such as bulk-creating labels - perfect for September! We then looked at resources available for students and explored ideas for igniting creativity in the classroom 🔥Some of my favourite moments were:Seeing jaws drop when teachers saw how easy it can be to generate a QR code The discussion around the centrality of creativity in our classrooms The ooohs and ahhhs for Adobe Aqua’s World Ocean featureFor those who attended (and those who couldn't make it), here see some links to the resources we explored during the session:• Adobe Express guided tour 😍new.express.adobe.c

Hello ACE Community!Comic Creator just launched inside Adobe Express for Education, and as ACEs, you're among the first educators in the world to get hands on it. Students will get access at ISTE in June, which gives us a window this month to preview it with classes and bring real student voice back to the team.Comic Creator was shaped by educator feedback from the start, and that input is still actively informing what comes next. Your students bring the thinking — the prompt, the character choice, the visual theme, the dialogue, the sequencing — and Comic Creator helps them get a draft on the page in minutes so they can focus on revising and refining their story.A quick note on timing: Comic Creator is rolling out gradually to EDU accounts and is expected to reach everyone by around May 7th. If you don't see it in Adobe Express yet, give it a few days and check back — it's on its way. Here's the ask: Take about ten minutes this week to preview Comic Creator with a class. Demo it on scr

I'm planning to apply to universities abroad, but my academic records use a GWA grading system instead of GPA. Different universities seem to have different GPA scales and conversion methods, which makes the process a bit confusing. What is the best way to accurately convert GWA to GPA for admissions and scholarship applications? Are there any reliable tools or resources that can help with this?

This was created for our Career Coaches to do push in lessons in grades 6-12. It is an introductory lesson to career exploration and Adobe Express. The slides feature a "messy" objective and slides for key vocabulary to increase comprehension among different learning groups. We used Pathful for career exploration but any platform can be used. Students use the Book Cover Guided Activity to complete the lesson. Designed to be a mini lesson and a short acitivity for student engagement (estimated classtime: 45 minutes).

Good morning,  I am so thrilled to kick-off our ACE Global Book Club.  This week we are diving into the Intro and Chapters 1-4. Did anyone else feel like the author, Tim Needles, totally gets them? I felt myself saying " Yes, this what I needed to hear" The entire time I was reading.  My biggest takeaways: Art is accesible to every single person and every single student. Art doesn't have to be traditional. It's all about letting our students explore and be creative. So many of us focus on all the compenents of STEAM, but forget to incorporate art.  Questions to discuss: How do we as educators build safe spaces to allow our students opportunites to learn from their failures and grow?  No matter what you teach, how do you intentially embed creativity and art into the curriculum and allow students to express themselves?Tim mentions that limitation breed creativity and critical thinking. Why does upcycling really reflect this

It’s not a question but I wanted to share how our Turriff and Huntly ACE meet-up/coffee and create sessions went. Week 1 I was with a group of 10 educators in Turriff. A couple had used Adobe Express before but the rest were newbies. Then yesterday I repeated the session in Huntly with a group of 18 educators. There were more in this group who had done a bit of Adobe dabbling before! We focussed on the Teach section looking at the wealth of resources and templates which can give us a starting point so we don’t have that “blank page” moment where you struggle to come up with ideas. Then we all had a go at the Community Quilt so we could see how easy the scaffolded Guided Activities makes a task. I was tempted to go with the Yearbook persona (loving this month’s challenges!) as a fab way to reflect on the year but I love how we can use the Community Quilt as a getting to know you activity - perfect for those transition visits with your new learners - so I stuck with that. It was also a g

As an educator and long-time Adobe user, being a part of the product feedback process has been an invaluable experience! It has been amazing to have a hand in receiving the resources I need to support students with emerging educational technology as I incorporate Adobe Express and other professional products into the classroom on a daily basis. Through this collaborative partnership, my students have even had the opportunity to sit down with the Adobe team and speak freely about their experience with Adobe Express, showing them that their opinions also matter – how powerful is that?! With thoughtful features like Generate Activity, I have been able to quickly assign creative exercises that support our students’ learning and still provide freedom for artistic interpretation. Now that this new feature is live, educators across the globe are finally able to generate a quick and relevant activity for their class that challenges students through creativity! By completing these activities, s
